How we work
We get paid for pipeline, not activity.
Incepium runs on a base retainer plus a bonus for every sales-qualified lead we deliver above an agreed floor. It replaces the agency retainer-for-hours model with one number that matters: qualified opportunities your team can close.
The model
Retainer keeps the lights on. The bonus is where our incentives meet yours.
Funds the engine — positioning, channels, content, and delivery. Predictable, so the work is never rushed to hit a billable-hours quota.
A bonus for each qualified opportunity delivered above an agreed floor. When you win more pipeline, so do we. When we don't deliver, we don't earn it.
The floor, bonus, and retainer are built around your ACV and the volume you need — never a generic rate card. That's why there's no public pricing.
The unit of work
What counts as an SQL
The whole model rests on a definition both sides trust. An SQL only counts when all four of these are true — and the last one is yours.
- 01
A qualified lead
An in-market contact at a company that matches your agreed ideal customer profile — not a form fill or a cold list entry.
- 02
A qualification call
The lead takes a real conversation where fit, need, budget, and timing are established against your criteria.
- 03
A CRM entry
The opportunity is logged in your CRM with full context, so your team inherits a warm, documented handover.
- 04
Your confirmation
You confirm it counts. An SQL only counts once you agree it's a genuine sales opportunity — the definition is yours to hold us to.
The accountability rhythm
You always know the number, and when you'll get it.
Monthly SQL scorecard
By the 5th of each month you receive a plain scorecard: SQLs delivered against target, cost per SQL, and where each opportunity sits.
Live forecast dashboard
A shared dashboard shows pipeline coverage and the forecast for the current period, updated continuously — no waiting for a monthly deck.
Quarterly business reviews
Every quarter we review what moved the numbers, recalibrate the ICP and channels, and reset targets for the period ahead.
The SLA-gated guarantee
A guarantee with the terms written down first.
A guarantee is only meaningful if everyone agrees what it covers before the work starts. So we gate ours behind a service-level agreement: the qualified-lead floor, the window it's measured over, the ICP it applies to, and the remedy if we miss are all agreed in writing in your proposal.
If we fall short of the committed floor over the agreed window, the guarantee terms apply — not a vague promise to “make it right”. It keeps both sides honest: we can't move the goalposts, and you know exactly what accountability looks like.
